He has passed certified Informations Systems Audit (CISA) from ISACA, Illinois, USA. Along with substantial experience of teaching CA students as faculty in ICAI, SIRC, Chennai, he is a visiting faculty in many ICAI branches in India. He also handled many seminars, successful training sessions for Corporates in the fields of Taxation, Finance, Accounting Standards, Auditing and Management. He has also taken training sessions for SAP (FICO) and Information Technology.
Mr. N.S.Govindan, B.Sc - (IPCC-Service Tax & VAT, Final Indirect Tax)
He has also qualified in the SAS Exam and the Revenue Audit Exam (Taxation Laws) both conducted by the Comptroller & Auditor General of India. He has more than fifteen years work experience in Indirect Taxes Audit. He has also trained as "Trainer for Trainers" by Governement of India. He was a faculty for Government Tax / Audit Offices. He is at present a Faculty for Indirect Taxes, Service-tax and VAT at ICAI, ICWAI, ICSI, LIBA, IFMR, SP Jain (Mumbai) and other CA coaching institutes. He has published books on Service-tax, VAT and Indirect Taxes.
Dr. T.S.Deenadayalan M.Com, M.Phil, Ph.D. (EDI) - (IPCC-CAFM & Final-SFM)
He has a rich experience of more than three decades in teaching for CA and CWA courses. He was a visiting faculty of ICAI, Chennai for many years he has also been a Professor of Academic Staff College for Professors at University of Madras. He is also a guest faculty for MBA at SRM University and a visiting faculty for BIMS. He has been teaching Strategic Financial Management (MAFA) and CAFM to many generations of Chartered Accountants who have greatly benefitted from his wide domain knowledge and insights into the world of finance.
